The first leg of our journey begins in Discovery. It’s all about setting the foundations for the rest of our work - getting smart on who you are, what you do, and understanding the rest of the puzzle pieces that will inform our project. Simply put, we’re discovering who you are so we can walk your walk, and talk your talk.
Next is Define. Here, we take our research and create our strategy - aka our “North Star”. In Define, we apply what we’ve learned to guide our work forward (like a North Star does), we know what sets you apart from the rest and we begin to put together the strategic playbook for how it will all come together.
Design is the third phase, where we take our research-informed strategy and bring it to life. We don’t pick favorites, but we really love this phase. This is when the seedling of an idea starts to sprout its petals.
One of our final phases is Delivery. This is where our team gives a round of high-fives and delivers the product - whether that’s a marketing strategy, brand launch, or advertisement campaign. Our work is (almost) complete in that we’ve accomplished our goals and met your needs.
But we’re not done yet! We take pride in our client’s brands, and want them to be as successful as they can be. In our Evolve phase, we track campaign data to identify opportunities for growth. This looks like A/B testing, analytics reporting, or campaign maintenance. Success looks good on you!
