Ángela is a marketing strategist, empathetic leader, entrepreneur, and doctoral candidate. She is the Founder of Capeles Agency, a woman-owned boutique creative agency that specializes in building iconic and resilient brands through intentional branding and marketing initiatives.
Throughout her nine years of international experience, she’s built B2C and B2B brands, developed digital strategies and cross-channel content marketing initiatives, as well as created online/offline marketing campaigns, voter registration programs, and coordinated events in multiple industries ranging from entertainment, hospitality, and luxury brands, to nonprofits and government agencies.
Ángela takes great pride in having led marketing initiatives for major brands such as Carolina Herrera, The Mall of San Juan, International Hospitality Enterprises, Taubman Centers, Marriott International, Hilton Hotels, Combate Global, Sheetz, UGI, Saxton & Stump, Functional Movement Systems, Cape Privacy, WITF, and PGA Tour.
In addition to teaching at Penn State and Simmons University, she helps brands, big and small, global and local, find their true authentic expression, which is translated to the world through digital experiences.
